New name, new look. Big things ahead at Rooty Hill

Opening late September, The Woodstock is Western Sydney’s newest community hub - a fully reimagined version of the iconic Carousel Inn, transformed into a state-of-the-art venue for connection, celebration, and good times.

Here’s a taste of what’s coming:

· A family-friendly bistro serving woodfired pizzas, grilled meats and Mediterranean-style share plates

· A leafy Garden Bar perfect for weekend sessions, casual lunches and after-work catch ups

· A refreshed Sports Bar with wall-to-wall screens, bar snacks and a comfy lounge area with a fireplace

· A huge kids’ zone packed with ping pong, climbing walls and slides

· A brand-new 250-person events space for everything from weddings to milestone birthdays and corporate functions

The doors will open late September with a full week of launch celebrations in the works that will run into Grand Final Weekend and School Holidays. It’s going to be a big one and we’re excited to bring you all on the journey with us.
